Students will explore the wonder of theatre through creative drama, movement, music and art in our one-week theatrical camps. Each week will have a different theme including: Under the "Big Top", Pirates and Princesses, Robin Hood and Maid Marion, Under the Sea, Pocket Full of Rhymes, 101 Dalmatians and Toyland! Students will perform each Friday at 12:15.

INTRODUCTION TO TUMBLING & CIRCUS PARTNERING

June 7-11, 11:30-2:30 p.m.

8 years and up (limited to 8 students)
$350

This one week session will explore the basics of acrobatic movement through gymnastics, tumbling, and circus partnering. It is being taught by Adam Menzies and Albena Alexandrova. Between them they have over 30 years of High Performance Gymnastics and Acrobatic Training. This class will help students learn to trust a partner, themselves and to use their bodies in a way they might not have the opportunity to in their everyday lives! The skills learned can be used to help further enhance body awareness which, in turn, can provide a strong backbone for Dance, Physical Theatre and Stage Combat. The class is accepting only 8 students who will be partnered for the week. The class will do a presentation at the end of the week.

YOUR BROADWAY AUDITION

July 12-16, 1:00-4:00 p.m.

10 years and up (limited to 16 students) $350

This week long session will provide an opportunity for Robert and Danny to discuss the realities of preparing for YOUR Broadway audition. This will include what to expect before, during, and after the audition. They’ll discuss the best ways to make you stand out to potential directors, producers and casting directors. This session will not only have a practical discussion period, but will also give YOU the opportunity to SING and get critiqued by our esteemed guests. Learn not only how to audition, but what song choices are best. How many bars should I sing? What should my resume look like? How do I get an agent? What’s the best kind of headshot? What should I wear to an audition? All these questions and more will be answered.

Private Instruction

$280 for ½ hour lessons
